Laisha Run: harvest at full speed

Most of Laisha is about work: manuals, grow guides, diagnosis, planning. Laisha Run is the one thing in Laisha that is not trying to help anybody grow anything. People who spend their days on real fields deserve a few minutes of play, and a tool that is only ever work is a tool people put down.

The idea is simple. You sprint down a farm trail that never ends, with mountains on the horizon, a windmill and a farmhouse along the way. Produce appears in your path to grab. The hazards of a working farm appear to dodge. The longer you last, the faster and busier the farm becomes.

How to play

The trail has three lanes. Move left and right between them, jump over things on the ground and slide under things at head height. On a laptop, use the arrow keys; on a phone, swipe, or tilt the phone itself to steer. You have three lives. Each obstacle you hit costs a life, and when the last one is gone the run ends and the game shows how far you got, in metres, and whether you beat your own best.

The harvest

Every crop you collect adds to your score. Collect without a break and your combo grows, and with it a score multiplier; hit an obstacle and the combo resets to zero. The rare golden harvest token is the big prize, worth far more than any single crop, and it is counted separately on screen.

Start in three steps

1. Open laisha.ai/tools/laisha_run on a phone, tablet or laptop.
2. Press start. There is nothing to install and no account to make.
3. Run, harvest, and try to beat your own best.

Tips from the trail

Read the height, not the shape. Anything sitting on the ground is jumped; only the broken fence and the pest swarm are slid under. Learn that one rule and most early lives are saved.

Protect the combo. Because the multiplier builds with every pickup in a row and vanishes when you hit something, a long clean streak is worth more than a risky lane change for one tomato.

Go for the gold. One harvest token is worth fifty points before the multiplier, ten times a sheaf of wheat.

Settle in early. The first seconds are gentle, so use them to find your rhythm. Speed and the number of obstacles rise with distance, and they do not let up.

Pause when life calls. Press Esc or P on a keyboard, or the pause button on a phone. Cows wait for no one.
