Delete your Laisha account
For accounts used at laisha.ai, in the Laisha web app or in the Laisha app for Android. Laisha is a brand of LAISHA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
Ask us to delete it
Sign in to the account you want deleted, then confirm. (Signing in here only proves the account is yours.)
Your request has been sent. We will delete your account within 30 days and write to your account email when it is done. To cancel the request, reply to that email or write to [email protected].
Or by email: write to [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Laisha account”. If you cannot use that address, tell us which address the account uses and we will confirm it is yours before deleting anything.
Before you delete
- Subscribed through Google Play? Cancel the subscription in the Play Store (Menu → Subscriptions → Laisha → Cancel) as well; deleting the account does not stop Google Play from billing. A web subscription is cancelled for you when the account is deleted.
- Download any reports or exports you want to keep.
- Laisha and Sunyra share one account system: deleting the account deletes it for sunyra.ai too, including saved charts and reports there.
What happens
- We check the request comes from the account holder: a request sent from this page after signing in already does; an email must come from the account's address, or we confirm by email first.
- Within 30 days we delete the account and the data below, and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address, password hash, Google or Apple sign-in link, and sign-in sessions.
- Your farm profile and the details Laisha remembered about you.
- Your Ask Laisha history, uploaded documents and photos and their results.
- Records kept in Laisha's tools (shop, warehouse, vehicle and workforce registers, diary, saved calculations), your settings, feedback and community posts.
- Your trial and subscription status, and email preferences.
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment and subscription records (product, amount, dates, payment or Google Play order reference): kept only as long as Indian tax and company law requires, currently up to eight years, then deleted. They are not used for anything else.
- Anonymised data that no longer identifies you: visit counts, the redacted log of unanswered questions, and agricultural facts already added, with personal details removed, to Laisha's shared knowledge library.
- Anything the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires; copies in routine backups and logs, which are overwritten on their normal cycle.
Payments themselves are held by Dodo Payments (web) or Google Play (Android) under their own policies; deleting your Laisha account does not delete your Google account or Google Play order history.
