Month by month from November 2026 to October 2029: what to sow, grow, harvest and scout for in six climate zones, three north of the equator and three south.
Typical sowing and harvest windows for broad climate zones, for planning and study. Inside every zone the real dates move with latitude, altitude, rainfall onset, irrigation and variety, sometimes by a month or more. Your national crop calendar, extension service or seed supplier decides; this page tells you what to be thinking about.

South Asia, mainland Southeast Asia and southern China, West Africa and the Sahel, Central America and the Caribbean. A wet season from about June to October and a cooler dry season after it: rain-fed crops follow the rains, and a second, irrigated or residual-moisture crop follows in the cool months.

Equatorial regions with two rainy seasons (for example the Lake Victoria basin, the Andes near the equator, Sumatra and Borneo) sow on each rain onset and do not follow one zone's calendar; the grow guides give the rule for each crop.
