Feedback & Ideas is a direct line to the Laisha team: submit a feature idea, a calculator request, a crop request, a bug report, or general feedback, categorized and timestamped and stored server-side rather than disappearing into an inbox nobody sees.
Every submission is followed by a real, visible history of the farmer's own past feedback — not just a snackbar that vanishes — so a farmer can see what they've already reported and when.
It's for anyone using Laisha who has a specific idea for a missing calculator, a crop that isn't covered yet, or something that isn't working right, and wants it to reach the people building the app rather than going nowhere.
A farmer who wishes Laisha covered a crop it doesn't yet support can submit a crop request and later come back to this same screen to see that the request was genuinely captured.
