Tell the Laisha team
Founder Feedback is a direct line to the people building Laisha — not a support desk, not a ticket queue, and not a form that goes nowhere.
It is for the things a support channel handles badly: something that is wrong, something missing, and above all something that is wrong for your region. A tool built in one country is wrong in a hundred small ways somewhere else, and the people who can tell you are the ones using it there.
Laisha is built for farmers across many countries, crops, units and languages, and almost every genuine improvement in it came from somebody saying that a number, a unit, a crop stage or a word did not match how it actually works where they are.
It is honest about what it is not: there is no answer time attached to it. Anything urgent about an account or a payment belongs in support, where somebody is accountable for replying, rather than here.
It is free and open to anybody using the app.
What it is. A direct line to the person who built this, with a record of what you have sent and what came of it.
When to open it. When something is broken, something is missing, or something works and you want it kept.
Have ready.
Step by step.
What it will not do. It is a feedback channel, not support with a response time. It is read.
A screen that will not load on your phone.

Reproducibility is everything. A bug that can be reproduced is usually fixed the same day; one that cannot be is usually not fixed at all, however serious it is.
Through Founder Feedback, with three things: what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected instead — plus the screen and the device. A report that can be reproduced usually gets fixed quickly; one that cannot usually does not get fixed at all.
Yes. It goes to the person who built this, and your own submission history is kept so you can see what you sent and when. It is a feedback channel rather than support with a response time, and a report that can be reproduced tends to be acted on quickly.
