Bank-Ready PDF Report
Loan Eligibility Report turns a farmer's own land size, crop, expenses, revenue, and loan details into a formal report that could genuinely be handed to a bank loan officer — net income, debt-service coverage ratio, and an eligibility band, all computed with a deterministic formula rather than an AI-generated guess. A field left blank shows honestly as "insufficient data" rather than a fabricated number.
Typing in a country resolves to a real, named, sourced interest-rate benchmark — for example India's SBI Kisan Credit Card rate, or the US's USDA Farm Service Agency published rate — shown live as a starting estimate the farmer can compare against and freely override with their own actual quoted rate, which always wins. Currency follows the same country match rather than being hardcoded.
It's free, and built for a farmer preparing to approach a lender who wants a document that looks and reads like something a bank would actually accept, not a rough back-of-envelope estimate.
A farmer applying for an expansion loan can fill in their real numbers, see a country-appropriate interest rate populate automatically, adjust it to the actual rate their bank quoted, and download a PDF ready to submit.
