Grain Intelligence

Quality Inspection

Grain Intelligence grades a grain sample from hand-entered measurements — length, width, moisture, broken-grain percentage, foreign matter, and uniformity as the core inputs, plus a long list of optional lab-grade parameters (thickness, test weight, thousand-kernel weight, damaged/shriveled/immature grain, protein, gluten, falling number, aflatoxin, pesticide residue, germination, and more) for a more complete analysis when available.

The grading itself runs through a deterministic calculator rather than an AI model's free judgment, and drafts are saved automatically so a partially filled form isn't lost.

It's distinct from Seed Quality Intelligence below: this tool grades dimensional and compositional grain-quality data the farmer already has or measures directly, rather than analyzing a photo.

A trader who has measured a wheat sample's moisture, broken-grain percentage, and foreign matter in the field can get an immediate, consistent quality grade to support a purchase or sale decision.
