Global Pest & Disease Science
Pest & Disease Intelligence combines AI-inferred risk reasoning over known regional pest calendars and current weather signals for the farmer's crop and district, with a curated pest and disease knowledge base covering scientific names, life cycle, and attack mechanism — plus photo-based pest identification, a browsable global Pest & Disease Library, and an agrochemical reference glossary.
It is explicitly not a live government pest-surveillance feed, and says so with the backend's own disclaimer text rather than a softened version — this is reasoned risk guidance and curated science, not a real-time official alert system.
As with the app's chemical-safety standard throughout, guidance references pesticide mode-of-action chemistry only — it never names a specific product or brand, by design.
This is a paid feature, gated by a real server-side subscription check.
A farmer worried about a pest outbreak affecting a neighboring field can check the risk reasoning for their own crop and district, then look up the specific pest in the library to understand its life cycle before deciding on a response.
